Rabobank, one of the major banks in the Netherlands, likes to anticipate on the wishes of clients in order to meet the needs of the clients. Satys was deployed to map this.
Rabobank regularly organizes meetings for its clients. During this meetings, clients are informed about the latest developments at Rabobank. One of the annual meetings that Rabobank organizes is entirely within the framework of the Week of Cooperation. This is a special week to thank members of Rabobank for their involvement. Satys mapped how the clients experienced those meetings.
Monique Bos-Bartelds is Marketing & Communications Adviser at Rabobank and is very satisfied with the capabilities of Satys: "During the meetings we used several feedback tools to gather feedback in a quick and easy way.
